  2. Where would I put this blue & white jewel? Geez, there are so many
options. I know! A top my custom pine cabinet (that you designed : )
paired with perhaps one or two others in different sizes to keep it company.
I love b&w pottery because it's classic, timeless, lovely and ageless. It has that English countryside look that I LOVE. Thanks for having this give-away!! xoA

  11. Your blog rocks. I am a proud follower. Where would I put this ginger jar? In my mom's sunroom that was destroyed by the recent tornados that hit her home in May. She has it almost rebuilt and something as delicate and beautiful as this jar would make her new room feel warm. I love the white and blue because of its distinct, bold yet elegant statement it makes in a room.

  12. I've followed your blog from the beginnng. I love you guys. I can't comment on facebook because I'm not on facebook, I just can't do it. I'd put this ginger jar either in my navy guest bath or in my bedroom on my desk. I grew up with a blue & white junkie for a mom so the gene seems to have been passed on to me.

  22. I would place this beautiful blue & white ginger jar as the centerpiece for the new empty space that happened after we sold the piano. I love, love, love blue & white pottery so much because it matches an old blue and white plantation pitcher that has been passed down through my family for centuries.

  23. We've recently moved to Tokyo, Japan (all US purchased items are going to my parents home in Louisiana) and our apartment is pretty bare since our sea shipment has yet to arrive. If I won this beautiful jar I'd put it atop our dark mahogany buffet in the dining area. The contrast of the light and dark~the modern, straight lines of the buffet with the gentle curves of the jar would be so beautiful together in our new home.

It would be an elegant and lovely centerpiece.

Blue and white is so classic-yet one combination we've never done before!! Crazy, I know, but true. With our new palate of blues, whites, and pumpkin against our apartment's neutral backdrop, I couldn't help but think this giveaway was a sign!!

Crossing my fingers from halfway across the globe.

    Warmly,

    Elizabeth

  24. Blue and white porcelain is the most versatile accessory EVER and in my opinion the chicest as well. It plays so very well with others and works no matter what your style personality. Where would I use it? Most likely in my entry atop my rattan parsons table from west elm. Glad to have stumbled upon your blog!

  27. I have had your blog on my blog roll for a long time but just noticed that I wasn't a follower! You now have a new follower!!

I would put this in the dining room as I have a lot of currier & ives dishes that belonged to my grandma. Blue is so tranquil to me and the blue & white china makes me feel "at home"! I would put it next to the china cabinet!
