One of my dear clients {started working with her when I was pregnant with Taylor} is renting out her beach house. It's located in the charming town of Encinitas... Two houses away from the water. The quiet neighborhood beach, "Stonesteps" is 1 block to the north & the active "Moonlight Beach" is 3 blocks to the south... Hmmm not a bad spot for a beach house.
