I recently came across Marston House in Vinalhaven, Maine on Elizabeth Hawtin's (@ehawtin) fabulous Instagram feed. It immediately went on my list of "musts" for my next trip East. The shop, which specializes in antiques, mostly from France, includes vintage textiles, baskets, ironstone, and silverware. The stylish couple who run Marston House also live on the premises. Their living space is what one dreams of when imagining life on the coast. Could there be a more perfect live/work setup than this? I think not...
