Geraniums ONLY please

Look at these gorgeous geraniums . . . VAA VAA VOOM! Yes, they're right in front of the rustic rooster and so happy right now. Amazing! If you just talk and water (just a little bit) your geraniums could look like these beauties! I'm so proud of my gardening skills. Don't ask me to do your garden because I can barely feed my kids let alone water these little guys. Hee Hee

Red and white geraniums are my favorite colors. At my house I have planted white . . . I will post those one of these days because I killed them and now they are just starting to come back. My nanny is helping me water them back to health . . . Thanks Teresa!!! Too much of my attention has been dedicated to the roosters flower box. I think I have my priorities messed up.

Just go to Target or Home Depot. Super inexpensive and always in stock! The perfect combo! Sounds like McDonald's drive Thur for me . . . OK, sorry I think I'm really funny today, but not. I went to get donuts with my son this morning and I believe that my head is filled with so much sugar that I'm delirious. Yes, I said it . . . I went and bought a dozen donuts. Ryan had his first donut (need to write that down) . . . his first I swear it!

I found this little cottage off of Simply Seleta . . . Thank you! I'm so happy someone else loves garden cottages just like me. The climbing rose is breath taking! Ahhhh yes to daydream about little cottages. A million things are running through my head right now. I could work, play, relax or hide guests in it. So many options! I need to show mom this because she's planning on building a little shed for the kids, storage and office in her backyard. Hello mom I would move out of our place to live in that (by myself . . . )! I do think though . . . you could have the most ugly or fragile cottage, but if your garden is blooming then nothing would matter. So true! Clean up your surroundings and plant plant plant . . . Gorgeous darling!

I've been really into wearing ballet flats lately. Wearing heals to work 1.) aren't comfortable & 2.) isn't practical at all. I don't follow the trends . . . I'm very simple and easy. When I see something I like I get it. J Crew really has been calling my name (Alex get over here . . . Spend money!) ! Even with these gorgeous ballet flats and they're under 100.00. Think I hear a trip to J-Crew in my very near future! Hmmmm maybe Friday! Shhhh don't tell Sean.

Cookie Love . . .

I have been known for my Chocolate chip cookies especially while I was pregnant . . . But, for the last few weeks I have been on a major bad streak. They have either been to flat, to flaky or to greasy. I think it's the butter I've been using. Well, tonight It happened . . . It finally happened again (NO i'm NOT pregnant) . . . My magic came back! YES! They were amazing tonight. When my husband eats my cookies I know they're good because he isn't a dessert guy. Ya right Sean . . . I can hear you in the kitchen eating (stuffing) them all up. We call that a closet eater. Hee Hee

I love my chocolate chip cookies . . . Come on by the rooster tomorrow to get a taste. You had better hurry because I know the minute I come in with a bag full of them I will be attacked by the rooster clan. I will put a few aside . . . Ahhhhh Cookie Love!

Colorful bowls

I got these colorful bowls from Anthropologie for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. The colors are amazing . . . They had more colors to choose from, but I just picked these. Plus, my kitchen isn't big enough to hold all the colors. They're so perfect to entertain with . . . Taylor loves them. She feels like a big girl when I let her use them. Mom and I want to first start off by saying THANK YOU very much for all the amazing business that has been coming our way! I feel like I need to knock on wood because we have been above and beyond busy (Yes!) . . . Furniture is flying out the door right now. We are so blessed that we have wonderful customers that have stayed with us and referred us to many . . . Wow, 9 years and counting! If anyone is interested in something that I post on my blog please call the moment you see it because pieces are going like hot cakes! I'm being very serious!

You should see the store right now. It is so bare. We were gearing up for our normal Tuesday . . . Mellow, simple, re-organizing, shifting around old and new furniture. . . OH NO that didn't happen. Everyone picked their pieces up like they said they would (thank you!) and people bought, bought, bought. New accessories arrived yesterday too and we barely opened up boxes and people were buying things straight out of boxes (thanks Nancy . . . Sorry about not giving you the Finials, Opps!). It was comedy central. Loved it!

Here are some new pieces of furniture that arrived. So much more came . . . I didn't have time to get all the pictures taken. So first thing today when I get in the office I will take pictures and post them.
