 G R E E K  V E G E T A B L E SANDWICH  


Feta Spread

  • 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper, optional

Sandwich

  • Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Pepperoncini
  • Mezzetta Sliced Kalamata Olives
  • Peeled & Sliced Cucumbers
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Clover Sprouts
  • Lettuce
  • 2 Slices Nut & Seed Wheat Bread, or your favorite bread

Feta Spread

  1. Mix feta, Greek yogurt and pepper. Set aside.

Sandwich

  1. Place sliced onions in bowl. Cover with red wine vinegar. Allow onions to soak while prepping sandwich.
  2. Spread a generous amount of creamy feta spread on both slices of bread.
  3. Layer pepperoncini, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts and lettuce.
  4. Remove onions from vinegar and let excess vinegar drip off. Add to sandwich.
  5. Use as much or as little of each ingredient, to taste.
