Think, Think, Think . . .
I so would like to re-do my kids room & put twin beds in. Unfortunately, Ryan isn't at that stage yet . . . He's still in his crib & Taylor is in a Toddler bed. I'm sure Taylor could transition into a big girl bed fine, but Ryan not so fast . . . That boy would be all over the place & on the floor in one second flat. Maybe in a year. But look at these adorable toddler beds . . . Hmmmm maybe I could do this!

So Busy
So sorry for the lack of posts . . . I over scheduled myself this week. Working full time and being a mom can get kind of tough. I love what I do, but sometimes I can't do it all. My brain has been totally consumed with a new huge project I'm working on, plus the street fair, and re-purchasing new furniture and ordering new accessories for the rooster . . . So when that happens I get above and beyond engrossed in work. For example (this is where my brain is, today) I took my new car to the Volvo dealership to have the windows tinted . . . etc. I had the courtesy driver take me back to my office and what do you know I kept my car keys in my purse. 5 minutes after I walked in the office, the service center called and said, ahhhh miss you took the car keys with you. Oh my gosh!!!!! I need a vacation really bad . . . Hawaii take me away. I'm going to try and channel my husband for a vacation right now (Sean read my BLOG please . . . He says he does, we shall see). Much much needed!

Encinitas Street Fair Weekend
The Street Fair went really well for us this year . . . We made tons of NEW friends and of course saw all of our OLD ones! Thank you all for visiting! rustic rooster wants everyone to know it really meant a lot to us! This year the Fair was definitely busier. Plus, I'm so happy the sun came out and it was a gorgeous day. Every year it usually rains or is freezing. Thank God it didn't! Here are a little shots of the store during the Street Fair . . . Enjoy!

I love going to the street fair because Taylor loves the rides & all the fun kid goodies that they have to offer ! Now that Ryan can enjoy it this year I think it will be fun! We shall see about him! Hee hee . . . Of course I do have to admit it's a day that you can eat something bad & not feel so guilty because it's a once a year event. (Ok ok ok I eat a little bad more than once a year . . . Shhhh)!
Remember you CAN NOT park on Highway 101 . . . So get to the Fair early so you can find a spot close.

New Camera . . . New Me!
I just got a new camera . . . and I'm in loooovvvvveeeee with it! I got a Canon - EOS Rebel XS. Target had an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. Plus, it also included the lens too. Very important . . . I do need another lens that's a wide angle, they say that's good for interior shots. Maybe in another month . I have been in the market for a new one because I want to be able to take better shots for my BLOG and of my kids. Well, I think I got a good one! Yaaaa So Far my shots have been so clear, clean, colorful and GOOD! I think I made a really good decision.

Good Bye . . .
Well, Saturday I said good bye to a good old reliable (not at the end) friend! I remember when we first met . . . It was a sunny day in Los Angeles we were both young and free. We had no care in the world! Ahhhhh that was the life. We listened to music together, drove fast, laughed at silly people walking by . . . you were there when I got married, got in my first married fight and brought my two precious little angels home from the hospital. I can't tell you how much work we did together . . . driving back and forth with clients, loading goodies for clients, meeting new clients together and of course you brought furniture to the rooster with me. I will always love you old car . . . Hope you have many new and fun adventures with your new family!!!! Thanks for everything!!!!! You will be missed very much . . .
